Markets section of LSEG provides the following data:
- Global Markets — LSEG aggregates cross‑asset data (equities, indices, fixed income, FX, commodities, derivatives) from thousands of venues globally, standardizing identifiers, metadata, and time‑series so you can compare markets across regions and asset classes in one schema.
- Equities — For cash equities, LSEG supplies real‑time and delayed quotes, trades, and order‑book depth, plus corporate actions and adjusted historical prices for listed shares worldwide, including small‑ and mid‑cap coverage and venue‑specific microstructure fields.
- Equity Indices — LSEG delivers index levels, constituents, weights, rebalancing histories, and classification metadata for global equity indices, style and factor indices, sector and thematic indices, and custom benchmarks.
- Equity Market Movers — Using its real‑time feeds and historical databases, LSEG identifies “movers” such as top gainers/losers, most active by volume or turnover, unusual price or volume changes, and volatility spikes, calculated continuously across exchanges and regions.
- Industries — LSEG provides industry classification schemes (e.g., ICB) plus industry‑level aggregates of prices, returns, valuation ratios, and fundamentals, enabling sector rotation, peer analysis, and top‑down industry studies.
